Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Baracuta tags are attached and the garment is securely folded.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your parcel to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
